BADVILLAIN (Hangul: 배드빌런; Romanization: baedeubilleon) is a seven member girl group under BPM Entertainment.
The group’s name combines “BAD” (“Be Aggressive for Desire”) with “VILLAIN” to express the power and energy the group possesses. It is also often shortened to BV, which stands for “Born to be Visionary”, expressing the pursuit of their goals and dreams.
They debuted on June 3, 2024 with the single album .
Members Hu’e and Yunseo were previously contestants on MBC survival show My Teenage Girl, and member Emma was previously a professional backup dancer and a participant on season one of MNET’s Street Woman Fighter.
