AB6IX (Hangul: 에이비식스; Romanization: eibishikseu) is a 4 member boy group from BRANDNEW MUSIC. They are well known as “yeppi (Hangul: 예삐)” amongst their fans.
AB6IX debuted on May 22, 2019 with their first mini album titled B:COMPLETE. Their group name stands for “ABSOLUTE SIX” or “ABOVE BRANDNEW SIX”. Their fandom name is ABNEW (Hangul: 에비뉴; Romanization: ebinyu).
Donghyun, Woojin, and Daehwi participated on Produce 101 Season 2. While Woojin and Daehwi debuted as members of Wanna One, Donghyun debuted in MXM. Prior to being revealed as a member of AB6IX, Woong had a brief appearance on Stray Kids’ survival show in the JYP vs. YG battle. Additionally, he was MXM’s backup dancer before debuting with them in AB6IX.
